Lifestyle change and new workout schedule!
Hey guys so apparently I decided to take most of the summer off….well here I am after a month and a half or so and am ready kick some booty again. A couple weeks ago I tried to get motivated and begin P90X2 but honestly I couldn’t get into it the warm up was mundane and the workouts nothing like the intensity of P90X I don’t know maybe I wasn’t in the right frame of mind but quit after the first week. So here I am again and feeling good. In the last couple weeks I have worked on getting myself mentally ready to take on another workout challenge and I have also made some lifestyle dietary choices which are 3 weeks ago I decided to go vegetarian and I haven’t looked back! This has been something that I have wanted to do for a while now but never thought i was ready or strong enough but with the support of my husband (he has decided to follow suit) I feel like I can do this. I feel great don’t feel like I’m missing anything and have been having fun trying new recipes! So which brings me to the new workout i have decided to go back my roots so to speak and do my 2 favourite workouts that gave me the most success so P90X/INSANITY HYBRID is gonna be the next13 weeks of my life and I am pumped! So today was day 1 and without further gabbing here are the specs of ma workout!

Watched the documentary ‘Forks over Knives’ today and that was definitely the final push I needed to make the decision I have been battling with for a while now….Switching to a dairy free ( slowly) and plant based diet! Thank God I’m going grocery shopping tomorrow now I’m actually excited!!!

Fifty Shades Trilogy…
Hey Y’all sorry haven’t been online much the last couple days I have gotten totally sidetracked with the fifty Shades of Grey Trilogy!. I went out and grabbed the 1st book Fifty Shades of Grey Wednesday to see what all the hype was about and before I knew it I was almost finished and needing to get the 2nd one. Thursday I started the 2nd book Fifty Shades Darker and today I bought and started the final one Fifty Shades Freed. I just can’t seem to put these books down I honestly had my doubts when getting the 1st one but they are amazing I love them. Can’t wait to finished the trilogy and see how everything plays out!
