Hey guys so apparently I decided to take most of the summer off….well here I am after a month and a half or so and am ready kick some booty again. A couple weeks ago I tried to get motivated and begin P90X2 but honestly I couldn’t get into it the warm up was mundane and the workouts nothing like the intensity of P90X I don’t know maybe I wasn’t in the right frame of mind but quit after the first week. So here I am again and feeling good. In the last couple weeks I have worked on getting myself mentally ready to take on another workout challenge and I have also made some lifestyle dietary choices which are 3 weeks ago I decided to go vegetarian and I haven’t looked back! This has been something that I have wanted to do for a while now but never thought i was ready or strong enough but with the support of my husband (he has decided to follow suit) I feel like I can do this. I feel great don’t feel like I’m missing anything and have been having fun trying new recipes! So which brings me to the new workout i have decided to go back my roots so to speak and do my 2 favourite workouts that gave me the most success so P90X/INSANITY HYBRID is gonna be the next13 weeks of my life and I am pumped! So today was day 1 and without further gabbing here are the specs of ma workout!

Home from a weekend away at the trailer. On the agenda for tomorrow, to undue the damage that was done over the weekend with a couple to many s’mores and waaayyyyy too many beers!!….Insanity week 3 day 1 fit test and cardio circuit and depending on how I’m feeling i may throw in cardio abs in there just cause I love that workout, and a most certain cleanse day with nothing but fruits and veggies!
